Once again, Lorelei James has created an amazing book with characters, both main and side, who are well-developed, beautifully written, and make me genuinely cheer for them. – Smut Matters
I loved everything about this book. -Smut Matters
Another fun entry in the Sydney Smoke Rugby series!
I cannot recommend this enough – go read this book!
If I had the chance to read the rest of the series, I might, but I probably wouldn’t search it out. – Smut Matters
I know a lot of readers who have named Brody Easton one of their all-time book boyfriends. While I get it, and I see what they see, he never quite got to that level for me. – Smut Matters
Overall, not my favorite of Burton’s books. – Smut Matters
And this new series, a spin-off from her Stiletto series, is one of my favorites so far. I had so many notes and feelings on this one. Constantly rewinding and re-listening to parts. – Smut Matters
All in all, I thought this was just an ok entry into the series. I liked JL and Enzo, but I wanted a little more from them. They were just a typical uptight rich man who’s set in his ways and crazy, life-embracing woman who shows him what he’s been missing. – Smut Matters
I know this sounds like I didn’t like the book. I didn’t dislike it, I was just a bit underwhelmed by it. – Smut Matters
