If you haven’t started this series yet, you really should.
I was hoping for a good, creepy mystery, but didn’t get it. -Smut Matters
I loved Betty, I loved her girlfriend Jackie, and I can’t wait to see what Kathleen Kent has in store for them. -Smut Matters
It was just another unoriginal take on a tired trope, and I’m just done with it. -Smut Matters
Death by Dumpling is the first book in a new cozy series by Vivien Chien, and I found it delightful. -Smut Matters
The writing was overdone, the plot tired, and frankly, I just don’t care about the plight of the poor, displaced, middle-aged white man. -Smut Matters
Bottom line – I really liked this book. It was different than anything I’ve read recently, and I really liked the town of Rockton. I’m excited to move on and get the next book in this series. -Smut Matters
What a refreshing read! I’ve been trying to read more mysteries, and IQ by Joe Ide was exactly what I needed. This was my first audiobook of the year, and it set the bar pretty high for the rest of 2018. -Smut Matters
Killer Characters is a well-done ending to a fun series and group of characters I’m going to miss checking in with. -Smut Matters
