Audiobook Review – Awk-Weird by Avery Flynn
This book was funny and light, even considering the heavy internal issues Tess and Cole deal with, and it was what I’ve come to expect from Avery Flynn. -Smut Matters

I never want to give away too much of a mystery book in a review, so I’ll stop there and just say – go get this book. -Smut Matters
If you haven’t started this series yet, you really should.
I was hoping for a good, creepy mystery, but didn’t get it. -Smut Matters
I don’t care that Amber is a sociopath. I don’t care that she’s a bitch. No woman, no person, no human, deserves that no matter what he or she has done. -Smut Matters
I loved Betty, I loved her girlfriend Jackie, and I can’t wait to see what Kathleen Kent has in store for them. -Smut Matters

Bottom line – I really liked this book. It was different than anything I’ve read recently, and I really liked the town of Rockton. I’m excited to move on and get the next book in this series. -Smut Matters
What a refreshing read! I’ve been trying to read more mysteries, and IQ by Joe Ide was exactly what I needed. This was my first audiobook of the year, and it set the bar pretty high for the rest of 2018. -Smut Matters
While this one won’t end up as a favorite for 2018, it was a solid start to a new series, and I’m really looking forward to moving on. -Smut Matters
