Audiobook Review – Dragonfly in Amber by Diana Gabaldon
There isn’t really anything new say about this series, but I spent 40 hours listening to this audiobook, so I’m doing a review, damn it. – Smut Matters

This was a heartwarming story, with characters who were even better together than they were individually. They brought out the best in each other, and were there for each other in a way neither had experienced before. – Smut Matters
There’s a lot to love in this book. Lachlan, Kayla, rugby, family, friendship, dogs. Yes, there are dogs. There are so many dogs. – Smut Matters
I love this series so much. It’s so fun. Lots of humor, banter, wonderful characters, human (or humanoid) and canine. Especially the canine characters. Oberon is fantastic, and always a highlight of these books. – Smut Matters
I don’t really put gifs into my reviews, but if I did, I’d open this review with a gif of me throwing money out my window directly at Alisha Rai’s feet. – Smut Matters
There was so much to love here. – Smut Matters
Overall I loved this entry in the series. I downloaded the next one immediately and started listening. I’m sorry I waited so long to start it. – Smut Matters
This was a great start to the series. Even though I didn’t love Ethan, I really liked most of the other family members and KGI operatives we met, and I’m looking forward to their stories. I’m just sorry I waited so long to start this one. – Smut Matters
I haven’t been this happy with a Black Dagger book in a long time, and I loved recapturing that feeling. – Smut Matters
I don’t think The Inventor is going to go down in the annals of great supervillans, but for Ms. Marvel’s first big boss fight, I thought he was fine. He was tough enough to give her a real fight but she had to get resourceful to do it. – Smut Matters
