Audiobook Review – Awk-Weird by Avery Flynn
This book was funny and light, even considering the heavy internal issues Tess and Cole deal with, and it was what I’ve come to expect from Avery Flynn. -Smut Matters

But this book is really, really cute. It broke a fairly brutal reading slump that I’ve been in recently, and for that alone, I say thank you to Avery Flynn. -Smut Matters
I love Avery Flynn. I love almost everything I’ve read from her. This one just didn’t quite land for me. I mean; I obviously liked it – I’m still giving it 3.5 stars. But she’s usually an automatic 4 or 5 from me. -Smut Matters
And, as usual, Avery Flynn did not disappoint. She’s such a fun writer – her sex scenes are hot, her characters are funny, and there’s drama without angst. – Smut Matters
Bottom line – go get this book! – Smut Matters
Heading to RT this week? This is a perfect way to pass the time on the plane. – Smut Matters
The sex was hot, the emotions were real, and I love watching two people who are determined not to fall in love fail spectacularly. – Smut Matters
Every time I read a Fool’s Gold or Lucky Harbor book, I decide I’m going to quit my job and move to a tiny town somewhere on a coast. Then I read a book like this and I remember the other side of small-town living. Everyone in your business, and not in a fun, matchmaking “I’ve got the perfect guy for you” kind of way, but in a “we never forget any of your mistakes and we’ll judge you forever” kind of way. I do not want to live in Salvation, but that’s because Avery Flynn did such a good job of making me see the town and its inhabitants. – Smut Matters
