This Christmas, my husband is going with an unconventional gift for his best friend.
Me.
It’s only supposed to be for one night… But one night becomes two, becomes our entire vacation. There are no rules except the ones we make, and sharing me brings both Derek and Grayson closer than any of us could have imagined.
This year, what happens in our bedroom will put all three of us on Santa’s Naughty List.

Woo. Wow. My goodness. I don’t have a lot else to say about this one.

This is a really good, very quick read. Emma and Grayson have been married for a while, and things are not getting stale for them at all. Which doesn’t mean that they’re not interested in adding a third person for the weekend. Grayson’s best friend Derek is spending the holidays with them, like he does every year. But this year, Emma and Grayson have decided to give into their mutual attraction for Derek and spend the holiday fucking and having a grand old time.

I am here for it. I’ll read this one again when we’re closer to Christmas, just to get myself into the holiday spirit.

Look, I loved this book, but there isn’t a lot of plot to go through. What I said above is pretty much it. The three of them have been friends for years, first Grayson and Derek going back to college, then Emma when she and Grayson started dating and eventually got married. Everyone has always been attracted to each other, but no one has ever given in to it – until now.

There’s a little bit of angst after the holiday weekend, over how the friendships will stand after the weekend, and how they’ll all fit into each other’s lives. As usual, Katee Robert has delivered a really hot, sexy story, and I am here for it. Especially in the hellscape of 2020. I haven’t read the first book in this series, but I probably will now that I’ve read this.

About Katee Robert

Katee Robert learned to tell stories at her grandpa’s knee. Her favorites then were the rather epic adventures of The Three Bears, but at age twelve she discovered romance novels and never looked back.

Though she dabbled in writing, life got in the way—as it often does—and she spent a few years traveling, living in both Philadelphia and Germany. In between traveling and raising her two wee ones, she had the crazy idea that she’d like to write a book and try to get published.
Her first novel was an epic fantasy that, God willing, will never see the light of day. From there, she dabbled in YA and horror, before finally finding speculative romance. Because, really, who wouldn’t want to write entire books about the smoking-hot relationships between two people?
She now spends her time—when not lost in Far Reach worlds—playing imaginary games with her wee ones, writing, ogling men, and planning for the inevitable zombie apocalypse
