Sasha Holiday is so over the holidays after getting left at the altar last Christmas Eve. But as the marketing maven for Lady Robin’s Intimate Implements, she’s stuck not-so-merrily pitching naughty toys at a romance book club’s Christmas party. Her loathing of the yuletide only intensifies as a snowstorm rolls in and traps her at the Winterberry Inn. Stranded with her is Perry Winters—a hot bearded book club member trimmed in flannel and tattoos.

Perry’s a romantic with an unerring belief in the magic of the season, and he recognizes a Christmas miracle when he sees it. Brave, smart, and confident—Sasha Holiday is a gift. And the gifts keep coming when she suggests they pass the time with some no-strings fun. After all, she has a big bag of toys that would make even Santa want to stay in bed on Christmas Eve.

But the frisky festivities turn complicated as feelings spark between Sasha and Perry. Perry wants to see Sasha once the snow clears, but Sasha is reluctant to take the relationship sleigh ride again. Perry will have to show her that love is more than just a holiday feeling.

There are probably going to be a lot of these quickie reviews coming – I’m on quite a roll with novellas right now.

Stocking Stuffers was delightful. Truly delightful.

Sasha Holiday (yes) is a purveyor of the best sex toys. (Seriously, the best. The descriptions had me instantly googling to see if I could find what she was describing). As she’s wrapping up at her latest party, she realizes that the snow has gotten bad enough that she won’t be able to get home. (I’m very glad she didn’t have pets. All I could think was “I really hope she doesn’t have any dogs! Cats would be fine on their own for a few days)

The party hostess generously offers to let Sasha stay and wait out the snow – fortunately, it’s a bed & breakfast, so there’s plenty of room. The deal is made even sweeter by the unexpected appearance of Perry, the host’s brother, who has shown up to spend the holidays with his sister. The attraction is instant, and Sasha and Perry agree to a temporary, NSA affair to help them pass the time.

Did I say this story was delightful? Because this book was delightful. Sasha and Perry are so good together. Sasha’s poor credit card – she ends up buying most of her own stock as she and Perry put the sex toys to every use imaginable. I loved seeing the sex toys being used as a healthy, fun part of every day sex, not just a BDSM scenario. Toys are good, toys are fun! Everyone should use more of them! The sex positivity was present on every single page – Erin McLellan didn’t leave anyone out. Sasha is bi and happy and proud to be so, and doesn’t shy away from anything. She introduces Perry to so much new stuff, and for his part, Perry is ON BOARD. Which, I mean, why wouldn’t he be?

This was a fun, quick read, and one I really recommend if you’re looking for a little dirty holiday fun.
