New Waiting on Wednesday!
I highly recommend this book for the relationships besides the romantic one. -Smut Matters
Honestly, I’d read the rest of the series just to watch the relationship between the brothers. Because that part of it is perfect, and as a novel, I loved it. As a romance novel, though, it’s lacking. The romance piece isn’t a slow burn, it’s a non-burn until more than three-quarters through. -Smut Matters
It’s really strange for me to not love a book by Naima Simone, but this one just didn’t work for me. -Smut Matters
I highly recommend grabbing this one and settling in. -Smut Matters
Will I read the next one in the series? Probably because unless something is just completely unreadable trash, I tend to finish series, especially short ones like trilogies. -Smut Matters
The book was well-written, of course – Rebekah Weatherspoon is a really good writer. And I’ll probably read the rest of the series, mainly so I can keep up with Miss Leona. But it won’t replace Rafe or Haven as my top Weatherspoon reads. -Smut Matters
